I’m Chris Clark, the founder and sole operator of Your Accountability Partners. I respect your privacy and use information you give us to respond to your inquiry, arrange your free introductory conversation, and communicate about services you choose.

What you share with me

My inquiry form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, optional goal details, and permission to text you. If you select a package before completing the form, that interest is included in your inquiry. Please avoid submitting sensitive medical, financial, or other confidential details.

Who can access submissions

Within my business, submissions are viewed only by me, Chris Clark, as Your Accountability Partners for handling your inquiry and providing the services you request. I do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their advertising or marketing.

My website host, FormSubmit, my email provider, and spam-prevention services may process information as needed to operate the website, verify submissions, and deliver inquiries. These providers are involved in delivering the service; I cannot promise that no third party processes your information. Disclosure may also be necessary when required by law.

Texting is your choice

Text consent is optional and starts unchecked. If you opt in, I may text you about your inquiry and introductory conversation. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or contact me through the inquiry form. Any ongoing accountability messaging will be agreed with you separately.

Keeping your information

I keep inquiry information only as needed to respond, maintain a service relationship you choose, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. I take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online submission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw texting consent. I will review your request and respond in accordance with applicable requirements; some records may need to be retained. I may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information.
